As a sub-committee of the Liturgy Committee, the Environment Team is responsible for caring for the potted plants and other flowers and decorations throughout the entire church. Needless to say, this task becomes monumental at Christmas and Easter when we have a large number of flowering plants to consider, especially at Easter when we have to try to keep the plants looking fresh through the whole 50 days of Easter Time! Throughout the entire year, though, it's also up to us to see that the side altars do not become overwhelmed with dead flowers and in general to see to the good order of all the decorations.
