Our goal as a ministry is to make our parishioners aware of the dangerous government and special interest groups who are actively trying to take our freedom of religion from us. This applies not only to Catholics, but all faiths. Toward this end, we meet every other month to discuss ways to inform our parishioners; one example of something we offer to parishioners is showing movies that demonstrate how people accomplish these actions of encroaching on religious freedom, sometimes without our not even being informed of their motives.
We try to keep parishioners informed of the new laws and actions these people take to change our Constitution and to remove our God-given right to freedom. We also have Rosary rallies to pray for peace and to ask our Lord for guidance in keeping our faith and freedom to live as we believe is right.
We try to raise funds to finance our ministry and to pay for speakers who have more knowledge then we do. These speakers help us to understand what is really happening in our country and how these rights, which we think no one can change, are being changed without our knowledge or consent.
We are always looking for assistance in our endeavors, to bring this information here and to help with making pins and signs and whatever is needed to prepare for guests to our parish.
