As Business Manager at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Billy D’Alessio brings to OLPH a strong business leadership background, with a degree in Business Management. Billy started his career in Finance on Wall Street. He began as a clerk and worked his way up the corporate ladder. With many promotions and advancements, he eventually became a Government Securities Trader. After three decades of dedication, he retired in 2011.
Billy was born and raised in Sea Cliff, Long Island, and graduated North Shore High School in 1976. Continuing his education, Billy went on to Plattsburgh State University and graduated in 1980. He is married with two grown children, and is also a proud grandfather. Billy and his wife Michele have lived in Massapequa for forty years.
After his successful career in the finance world, Billy chose to combine his love of his faith and his passion for various ministries. From 2011 until 2019, Billy used his time and talents working as the Faith Formation Coordinator at St. William the Abbot in Seaford.
Billy is a St. Agnes Medal recipient and a graduate of the School of Missionary Disciples of the Diocese of Rockville Centre. In addition, Billy has been President and Chairman on the Board of an organization that runs a Soup Kitchen, which serves the residents of Hempstead, for over seven years.
